Had a great experience in the Chanel Worth Avenue store. To be honest, I was a little worried on how I would be treated, as I did not look my best that day. I was in tennis shoes and athleisure. But all the staff were friendly and took me seriously. Even made a purchase! Would recommend a visit!

It’s the funniest thing I ever saw, literally every single employee in the store was rude. Either never welcomed me or just plainly rude attitude. Coming from shopping at Chanel in Europe this is a disgrace.

Stephany & Catherine were exceptionally attentive and welcoming yesterday when I visited the Worth Ave boutique to exchange two Christmas gifts. Not only am I delighted with the beautiful gifts that I left with, I had the pleasure of enjoying excellent service throughout the exchange process.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
I visited the Chanel boutique at Palm Beach yesterday (Dec 15) around 5:00 p.m. intending to purchase several items for Christmas. First, From the moment I entered the store, the attitude of the sales associate in the makeup area was rude and dismissive. I visited the boutique with the intention of purchasing several items for Christmas and was browsing makeup and fragrances, asking questions and considering alternatives, as some of the products I initially wanted were sold out.
At approximately 5:20 p.m., I was informed that the makeup area would be closed, despite the boutique officially closing at 6:00 p.m. While the store was still open, I was effectively prevented from continuing my shopping experience.
When I asked if another associate could assist me, as I was ready to make a purchase, I was told I had to wait because the associate was going upstairs.
As a Chanel client, this experience was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury brand. I ultimately left the boutique without making a purchase.
I wanted Chanel corporate to be aware of this situation, as the overall attitude and premature closure of the makeup area significantly impacted my experience and trust in the brand.
