  Very poor customer service. I would not recommend spending your money here, especially given the experience I had with the manager. I completely agree with other reviews mentioning the lack of customer service. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I waited approximately 30 minutes before I finally had to ask someone for assistance. When you are paying luxury prices, you expect a luxury level of service. Unfortunately, the experience here did not reflect that. If you are going to spend this kind of money, I would recommend considering established luxury brands such as Valentino, Louis Vuitton, or Saint Laurent, where the overall customer experience better matches the price you are paying. Very disappointing experience.

  I visited this location a few years ago and purchased some items at the beauty counter. Chanel was my go-to for cosmetics and skincare. The sales woman who helped me out was so kind, she recommended a product I purchased for years afterwards! This is one of the most beautiful Chanel stores I have visited.

  Terrible experience dealing with Meri. Meri is super rude, she didn’t make me feel comfortable to shop nothing there! Do not buy from her!
