  DO NOT VISIT IF YOUR BLACK or dressed in casual clothes. I visted the location at the PGA mall today. There were 2 SA and 1 security guard. The guy SA was assisting 2 customer who walked in right before me, while the lady SA had a full blown conversation with a customer who clearly was not purchasing anything but was just talking about vacations. The lady SA did not bother to acknowledge me. I have worked customer service in my younger years and even I know that customers should always be acknowledge even when your busy. When I noticed she was not going to acknowledge me, I asked her did she work there, she looked me up and down as if i was bothering her. Last I checked she was hired to be a SA and not to stand around and talk. I guess since I was black she assumed I wasn't worth the greeting. She advised me to have security call someone to help me, again i don't work here, this is your job. Security tried calling someone but by then,I was already turned off and refuse to spend anyone at your location. Please be wear of this sales associate if your vising. Older white lady with short hair. Management please do a better job training your team in customer services and racism. Please watch your camera for 4/3/26 between 2:17 PM and 2:22 PM

  I had to bring my piece back because the stone lost luster..the manger said they would replace for me because they couldn’t fix it.. when I came to pick up they tried to give me back my old piece telling me it’s new and the couldn’t produce my old piece.. very sneaky deceiving and dishonest, they were caught in a lie and then replaced my piece the next day showing me both pieces..I will NEVER buy from the gardens mall store again because they have zero integrity!

  PGA David Yurman store TERRIBLE ! My associate Jahmai Buchanan, should be fired ! I purchased a $20,000 braclet needed this to be enlarged from large to X-Large. He advised he had to send it to the outside jeweler after 4 plus weeks i received it only to find NOTHING was done to it… I had to call David Yurman in adventura mall who I do my business with and Laura as usually took great care of me and took care of this within one week ! DO NOT SHOP at PGA David Yurman go to Adventura Mall where they are real professionals! Shame on you Jahmai Buchanan! Never again !!!!!!!!! Plus he never return calls and he was totally useless the store is!

  Shoutout to Kyle for providing the most incredible service to our family — and yes, that includes entertaining and accommodating little kids with so much patience and kindness! He truly made the experience feel special from start to finish. Everyone walked away with something beautiful… and even better, a memory.

  Maggie was the best at her job ! Wow ! She listened , she was personable and sweet and gave the best recommendations when I had no clue what to buy for my birthday 🎁 gift from my boyfriend. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and she helped me get all my yurman pieces cleaned and QUICK! And also add to my 7mm cable stack obsession !!!!! I definitely will not use any other brand ambassador but Maggie 👀👀👀👀👀 💞💞💞💞💞
