  I’m extremely disappointment with the recent experience I had at your store, particularly regarding the unreasonable behavior of the store manager. As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of money at this location, I expected a higher level of service and understanding. Two weeks and some days ago, I purchased several items, one of which unfortunately was damaged. I acknowledge that I should have inspected the product more thoroughly before completing the purchase, but I was surprised to find that it lacked proper packaging, including a dust bag and box. What has been particularly disheartening is the decision not to exchange the damaged item. This has left me with a costly product that I cannot use, and it feels as though my loyalty to your store has not been appreciated. I hope that future customers do not have to face similar challenges, as this experience has made me reconsider my shopping choices. From now on I’ll use the Palm Beach location instead.

  This was my first time in this store, Jair Roldan was outstanding in the treatment with me and my Housband, not push. I did not complete the purchase because I was looking for another color, but I should say all the employees were very polite.

  As a first-time shopper at Chanel Palm Beach Gardens, I had a memorable birthday experience. Ashley’s service was impeccable from beginning to end. Not only did I purchase my first Chanel earrings, but I ended up with a pair of two-tone sunglasses. Thank you, Ashley, for an exceptional experience. I look forward to seeing you very soon for my first classic Chanel handbag purchase.

  Extremely rude employees. Called security on a group of 5 people just standing outside of their store along the railing. Then when one of the members of the group went into to store to ask why they had called, he was ignored and met with dirty looks. Just awful. Retrain your staff on how to deal with the public because obviously they lack basic social skills and common courtesy.
