I wanted to see a bracelet for my size and my design and the lady just didn't want to show it to me she told me it was the best for me when I didn't want to
Had the worst experience yesterday!!! absolutely unprofessional. Knowing exactly what you want walking the store looking for it, to only be greeted by security at the front door!!!! Not one person out of the three I saw asked if I needed assistance or said hello nothing!!! I had to ask if people are normally greeted when they walk in it was disappointing!!!
A very satisfying shopping experience! The wedding ring selection was a great success, thank you Linda for her service and blessings~ A huge thumbs up to her!

My daughters visited the Tiffany & Co. store at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando on June 4, 2026. What should have been an exciting shopping experience turned into one of the most disappointing retail experiences our family has ever had.
While looking at a necklace, one of the sales associates made a comment to my daughter suggesting that she could not afford it. Regardless of whether a customer is purchasing for themselves, receiving a gift, or simply browsing, no one should ever be judged based on appearance, age, or assumptions about their financial situation.
As a family that owns more than 40 Tiffany & Co. pieces, we have been loyal customers for years. We have always associated Tiffany with luxury, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those values.
The issue is not the necklace. The issue is that a young woman was made to feel unwelcome and judged in a store where every customer should be treated with respect and dignity.
I hope Tiffany & Co. addresses this matter so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
