  Judging from the reviews , it looks like everyone had a similar reaction to their time with Tuan. This is what a luxury shopping experience should feel like. Welcoming, exclusive, and catered to. Tuan is a wonderful example of how you build brand loyalty and how you turn a visit into a cherished memory. From the moment my wife and I came in, he was attentive and thorough. I was looking for some pieces for myself and my wife surprised me with one that I was looking at and Tuan definitely delivered. In my opinion he understands the number one thing in high retail- how to make the customer feel valued. I can’t thank him enough and truly look forward to another visit. Dior - I don’t know what you are paying this man but it isn’t enough. 10/10.

  african american man this past sunday made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. i personally don’t like being followed around while i shop.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Dior store with my friends thanks to one of the employees (Tom) we got to end our vacation with an unforgettable yet unexpected experience. Tom went above and beyond offering us waters and grabbing multiple bags for us to try on and even giving his own opinions on how they looked. He answered all of our questions and was very professional throughout our whole experience, we appreciate his help so much that we even tried to tip him but store policy doesn’t allow him to accept it so he politely declined and instead gave us a little gift. We will be back again! Thank you so much shout out to Tom!!

  Called Dior, visited Dior Vegas, Boca.. placed an order online for the same shoe… cancelled. Told To call Orlando… call center then 4 days later no response… this isn’t my first purchase I have an extended portfolio with them… the customer service is terrible
