  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with David Yurman. I received the Renaissance ring as a gift. The ring retails for approximately $1,300. After one of the tiny pearls unexpectedly fell out during normal wear, I brought it to a David Yurman store expecting that such a minor issue on a luxury piece would be reasonably repaired. Instead, after the ring was sent to the repair center, I received an estimate of $762 to replace a single tiny pearl, which is more than half the retail value of the entire ring. I’ve owned jewelry from other luxury brands, and I have never been charged such an excessive amount to repair what appears to be a product defect rather than damage caused by misuse. A pearl should not simply fall out of a $1,300 ring under normal wear, and charging over 50% of the ring’s value to correct that issue is incredibly disappointing. When customers invest in luxury jewelry, they are paying not only for the design but also for the craftsmanship and the service that stands behind it. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that David Yurman does neither. I expected far better quality and customer care from a brand with this reputation. I hope David Yurman reconsiders how it handles situations like this because this experience has made me think twice about purchasing from the brand again.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at the David Yurman boutique at the Mall at Millenia. I walked into the store fully intending to purchase a ring worth approximately $6,000 as a birthday gift for my husband. I knew exactly what I wanted and expected to be in and out within a few minutes. When I entered, there were four employees on the sales floor, all appearing to be assisting customers. I understand being busy, but not a single person greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or even said, “We’ll be with you shortly.” I stood in the store for about 15 minutes waiting. During that time, I made eye contact with multiple sales associates while their customers were browsing, yet no one made any effort to check on me or ask if I needed assistance. What makes this even more surprising is that I shop at the Mall at Millenia regularly and have built wonderful relationships with sales associates at many of the other luxury retailers there. I am accustomed to a high level of customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. The complete lack of acknowledgment at David Yurman was honestly shocking. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have been enough. Instead, I left without making my purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. For a luxury brand, this experience fell far below expectations. I will not be returning.

  Staff is super un-welcoming and rude. I attempted to ask for help from one of the associates and he snapped at me telling me he was helping someone. That could have been handled in so many better ways. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have worked. Avoid the dark haired dude with the skeleton ring. Super rude.

  I came in looking for a specific piece to complete my bracelet stack. I was immediately greeted by Manar, who carefully selected the perfect style to tie all my pieces together. She genuinely understood what complimented each other and thoroughly compared different sizes and styles. Altogether we came up with an amazing stack and I can’t get enough of it! Thanks Manar, you truly made this experience one of luxury and class.
