  Awful management. We went yesterday but the store was closed. Today we called ahead, and the lady told us the store was open based on their information. We drove all the way there again, only to find it closed for the second day in a row. Mind you, google showed the store was open both days. At least have the common sense to update your business hours on google and provide accurate information. For a luxury brand like Chanel, this is unacceptable. Chanel is going downhill and certainly doesn't value your time. Take your business elsewhere.

  Customer service here is terrrrrible. I was ready to purchase a bag and accessories and honestly didn’t because of the service. The guy i think Kevin? Kept walking away and disappearing into the back! Didn’t make good recommendations and or show any sort of passion or personality helping me. Not personable or was able to answer any of my questions. It was weird. He needs to be fired. The manager was awesome until she handed me off to him Would have preferred to just work with her. I’ll spend my Indy elsewhere like Dior which I had an incredible experience at.

  I had the BEST Shopping Experience with Tommy today!! He took his time and explained so much about everything I asked about and so much more. He gave me his opinion and helped me pick out the Perfect Stud Earrings and Sunglasses. I saw 2 Chanel Bags I couldn't decide from and He said he will ship to my house if I ever want anything. Got his contact and defiantly will be ordering more. Just a Perfect Day and he was AMAZING!!
