Very disappointing experience at the Chanel boutique in Orlando.
The products are beautiful, but the customer service did not reflect the luxury standards Chanel is known for. The staff seemed uninterested and not particularly welcoming, which made the visit feel uncomfortable rather than enjoyable.
I expected a much higher level of service from such an iconic brand.

I visited Chanel here in Orlando while I was on vacation. I have some products already but have only ever shopped online before. The sales associates did initially greet me but didn’t seem overly helpful beyond that. I asked to see a newer style explaining I knew it wouldn’t be for sale but I wanted to view for sizing reasons and was told it wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be. I walked around a bit and noticed another woman being shown the same bag I asked for. That felt a bit silly.

Carolina my SA is very professional and so helpful she got everything I need and Josh is so sweet he is helping me while Carolina have her day off.

Although we had a nice experience during the purchases, following up if there is an issue or need is sadly lacking.
We were told by Chanel to take a bag in for cleaning, Natalia told us upon arrival that there was nothing they could do. It required strong insistence to have her go in the back and find out they would ship it out for cleaning.
Not the kind experience you want after driving 1.5 hours to the location.
