After waiting three years my wife finally received her Rose Gold Royal Oak with diamonds. We paid over $70000 for the watch. I think anyone that participates in this process is truly insane. The people who work in these boutiques are extremely rude, and arrogant to a degree I have never witnessed before in a luxury boutique. The boutique in Bal Harbour as well as NYC incorrectly sized the watch twice. Now the third time they refuse to size it without significant charges because too much time as passed since we purchased it. Less than one year by the way! The reason anytime passed at all, is because we don't live near a boutique and they stressed that ONLY they size it, not to mention the MANY times we attempted to have it sized, but no one EVER returned our many calls to schedule this. If you wish to spend a lot of money on a watch, pick a different brand!!! Remember, you can actually afford to buy their products, the employees in these stores likely cannot. I stress that you should spend your hard earned money in a place that appreciates your business. Again, the degree of rudeness and arrogance of the losers who work there is not worth the ridiculous waiting time and certainly not worth subjecting yourself to their truly OUTRAGEOUS behavior.

Picked up my Royal Oak today at the AP House Miami. The building is beautiful, with a stunning sea view, and the private room is fantastic. The service here is truly next level — from the cocktails to the cake, everything was perfect.
My guy Lino took care of me in such a professional and patient way. We didn’t just talk about watches, but about lifestyle as well. He made me feel like we were friends, not just a customer and a salesperson.
I would highly recommend this place to any AP collector!
