  Poor poor service. Table bent/broken (inexplicable). No smiles. When the waiters are snobs, you don’t come back. Houston’s, Steak 48 or Mastros are far better.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Morton’s, and I especially want to recognize Olga, the manager. She went above and beyond by bringing a cheesecake for my entire legal team, and it was absolutely amazing so fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented! Everyone in our office loved it. Her gesture made our day, and it speaks volumes about the level of care and hospitality at Morton’s. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the incredible food, but also for the outstanding service and warm management. Thank you, Olga and Morton’s, for such a memorable treat!

  I recently dined at Morton’s The Steakhouse and overall had a good experience, but it didn’t quite match the level I expected for the price point. The food itself was enjoyable. We ordered the wagyu beef dumplings, a NY strip, and an aged ribeye, along with a bottle of red wine and two martinis. Everything was well-prepared and flavorful, and our server was kind, personable, and attentive throughout the meal. Where the experience fell short for me was in the overall service details and ambiance. When dining at a restaurant in this category, I expect a more elevated, seamless experience from start to finish. Small touches make a big difference. Bread should come pre-sliced without needing to ask, wine service should feel more polished, and table maintenance should be more consistent throughout the meal. These are subtle things, but they stand out, especially with a hospitality background. The ambiance also didn’t fully reflect the premium pricing. It felt more standard than elevated, which made the overall experience feel slightly mismatched compared to expectations. Overall, it was a solid dinner with good food and a friendly server, but not quite the top-tier experience I anticipated for a restaurant at this level. I will return and hope for a better experience.
