  I recently purchased four watch straps from the Hublot boutique at Bal Harbour Shops, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, Miguel has been exceptionally attentive, proactive, and kind. His communication has been outstanding—he is incredibly responsive, keeps me informed of every development (often before I even think to ask!), and consistently follows through on every detail. At no point have I had to chase an update or wonder where things stand. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such genuine ownership of the client experience. His level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail has exceeded my expectations at every step. This has easily been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a luxury brand in a very long time. I’m thoroughly impressed and grateful for the service I’ve received. Hublot is fortunate to have someone who represents the brand so exceptionally well! :)
