I don't recommend this Dior store. I felt very uncomfortable, the staff didn't stop looking at me in an intimidating and invasive way. However, I appreciate the kindness of the girl at the entrance who kindly asked me if she wanted to go up to Cafe Dior. First time entering a Dior store in the world they make me feel so uncomfortable. Terrible experience.

If you don't want to feel like shit, don't come here! 🤢
I recently visited the Dior boutique in the Miami Design District because I was interested in one of the Book Tote bags. I took out my phone to take a quick photo so I could show it to my boyfriend.
Before I even had a chance to explain, a sales associate rushed over and loudly said, "No photo! No video!" I politely replied that I wasn't filming, only taking a photo for my boyfriend, but she immediately responded, "Not photo too!" in a very harsh tone.
I completely respect that every boutique has its own policies, and if photography is not allowed, I have no problem following that rule. What truly disappointed me was the way I was treated. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough.
Luxury shopping is about more than beautiful products—it's also about the experience and the way customers are made to feel. Unfortunately, I left the boutique feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and honestly quite upset. It completely changed what should have been an enjoyable visit.
I hope Dior will remind its staff that enforcing store policies should never come at the expense of treating customers with courtesy and respect.

It was a great shopping experience with our salesperson Charles Jaubert. My fiancé and I were going to a dinner date and stopped in to see some sandals for her. She found some sandals that she really liked and also found some tennis shoes. Charles was very helpful and friendly.
Great customer service will shop again
My favorite location of this brand. The stuff is so attentive and sweet. Lovely experience every time I visit 💕
