  Had the best experience at Balenciaga Miami Design District! Pierre Lafortune was absolutely amazing — super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. Such a sweet and professional SA! I’m so glad I met him and will definitely ask for Pierre again next time I’m in Miami. Highly recommend!! 🤍

  I went to Balenciaga, and the manager who assisted me was simply impeccable; she and her colleague guided me perfectly on purchasing the glasses I wanted... They let me try on the glasses to see if they were exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be making the purchase❤️ Thanks for all the care, and congratulations on an amazing team.
