  While on vacation in Miami, I visited the boutique at Bal Harbour to try on a bracelet I am considering purchasing as a gift to myself in the future. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Victoria, who was absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I made it clear from the beginning that I was not planning to make a purchase that day and simply wanted the opportunity to try the bracelet and consider it for the future. What I appreciated most was that I never felt any pressure whatsoever. Victoria gave me the time and space to enjoy the experience, while still being attentive and available whenever I had a question. It was exactly the kind of service one hopes to receive in a luxury boutique: gracious, relaxed, and professional.

  Great service , got what we wanted . The lady called Madina who took cared of us was professional and knew exactly what we wanted .

  I was standing at the door 8:50pm and the security guard and the sales lady both with her hand signaled their neck showing we are closed. Very disrespectful and also not adhering to their store times which closes today Saturday at 9pm

  Whoever owns this place should tell their employees to not close before closing time. Came at 8:30 and the lady was rude and said it was closed even though it was supposed to close at 9pm

  I have always had the best experience at this boutique. Lola is the best SA I could ask for, she’s so sweet and down to earth. I feel happy to continue to build my relationship with this brand. The service is wonderful, at times when busy, even if waiting to be seen by her, I feel taken care of from the rest of the staff! Thank you Lola & BH VCA!!
