  I’ve been a loyal client of Tiffany & Co. for 2 years and have purchased several pieces from the Bar Harbor location, which makes this experience especially disappointing. A bracelet purchased less than six months ago had a clasp issue, and I was initially told I’d have to pay over $300 for the repair. Despite providing all the correct information, the store failed to follow up multiple times and made no progress for over a week. I ended up contacting customer service myself, and they resolved everything in under 10 minutes—confirming it should be covered. It’s frustrating that something so simple took over a week with no communication from the store. Our SA Nancy is wonderful, but aside from her, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and follow-through I wouldn’t expect from Tiffany

  Extremely disappointing experience. On February 11, I purchased a pen from Tiffany. Due to a system issue, I was charged twice on two separate cards. I contacted customer service via message and email, and even returned to the Bal- Harbor store to speak with Mr. Yuhan. They promised to look into it—but six months later, no response. When I visited again today, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by both staff and the manager. Even after showing proof from both bank accounts, I received no explanation. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was the first time I bought something small—and sadly, I was treated as if I didn’t matter. I will never shop at Tiffany again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from such a prestigious brand.

  I had an exceptional experience at this Tiffany’s, all thanks to Valeria! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt valued and taken care of. Her service was impeccable, and she truly made our visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back to work with her from now on! :)

  I went to get my jewelry cleaned and they did it in less than 20 minutes. Great service! Customer service and sellers are great! Even get jewelry travel bags for the jewelry I took to get cleaned.
