I’ve been a loyal client of Tiffany & Co. for 2 years and have purchased several pieces from the Bar Harbor location, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
A bracelet purchased less than six months ago had a clasp issue, and I was initially told I’d have to pay over $300 for the repair. Despite providing all the correct information, the store failed to follow up multiple times and made no progress for over a week.
I ended up contacting customer service myself, and they resolved everything in under 10 minutes—confirming it should be covered.
It’s frustrating that something so simple took over a week with no communication from the store. Our SA Nancy is wonderful, but aside from her, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and follow-through I wouldn’t expect from Tiffany
