Very disappointing experience at David Yurman Bal Harbour. I went there for a cleaning, and honestly, the heat inside the store was unbearable. A luxury store in Bal Harbour, Miami, without proper air conditioning is simply unacceptable.
The staff tried to be nice and make the best of the situation, and I appreciate that, but we are in Miami. Customers should not have to sit in a hot, uncomfortable store, especially when visiting a luxury brand.
I left very disappointed. The experience did not feel like what I would expect from David Yurman at all. Hopefully they address the A/C situation soon.
I feel so disrespected. I have bee trying to track down a specific earring. I have spent a week calling stores, speaking to associates. There are not that many left. I called this store and they had three left. The associate sent me photos and videos of the tree and I selected one that looked brand new. After exchanging messages I told the associate I wanted to buy a specific earring. Earlier in the conversation I communicated I lived in another state and that was the earring I wanted it purchase and have shipped to me. Once I said I wanted to purchase it, I received no messages from the associate. I waited 10-15 min and send a follow up text. No response. I called both the number I was being texted from and the store. No answer. I checked online- the store was open for another hour. I sent a couple more txts affirming I wanted to purchase the ring and needed it soon. It was supposed to be a gift for my best friend. I needed the ring asap. Still no response. I asked for them to please send me the payment link as promised. Still nothing. I finally sent a message and voicemail stating I found this to be rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. I told the associate earlier I was gay. I asked to be transferred to another associate who could help me. I asked to speak to a manager. I was ignored. I left a review. I called this morning and finally got a hold of a manger. She was rude, cut me off before talking and said the earring was unavailable before changing her story and saying she wouldn’t sell it to me. She said “sorry you feel like you were treated rudely” implying my experience wasn’t accurate. I stated it wasn’t subjective. That I had factually been ignored from this employee and was the recipient of her unprofessionalism. Essentially I am being punished for calling the store out on their behavior. She tried transferring me to the online division except that the ring isn’t available online anymore and only in store. I reaffirmed that specific earring was the one I needed. Again i was cut off before I was done speaking and transferred to customer service. I have filed a complaint against the associate, managed and store. I confirmed with the customer support team there was nothing adverse in my profile that would prevent me from being sold an item. They confirmed there was not. I’m honesty shocked at how horrible I have been treated. No amount of justifying or excuses could explain this behavior as it occurred before I expressed any concerns.
Absolutely horrible experience. Georgina is an awful sales associate. I called to purchase an earring that is low inventory in the company. Georgina sent me photos of the three they had in stock and immediately began trying to sell me. I selected one and that “let’s do it, I want that one”. I had already explained I lived in Seattle and would need it sent to me. After me saying “let’s do it, I want that one”, which demonstrates that I wanted to purchase it and I needed it urgently. Just zero response after that. None whatsoever. She would not respond to my calls and texts. I’ve been trying to buy this earring for a week and shops ignore me. But this is the worst of them all.

Love this store, shopped here many times. Andrew was extremely disrespectful to a friend of mine that introduced me to this store. Will not shop at this location as long as Andrew is there. Will be returning the items that I have recently purchased here.
I’ve been to this store before and I enjoyed purchasing from a very kind woman in April.
We were planning to purchase a 3rd piece today because my wife likes to stack bracelets.
However this morning at 10:30a my wife, son, and I were coldly greeted by an older male employee who then proceeded to silently shadow us around the store. So we left. Not coming back and certainly not purchasing if he is in there.
I’m not referring to the security guard. He was actually more pleasant than the employee.
