The products are absolutely amazing, and I truly enjoyed learning more about the Charlotte Tilbury concept. As a makeup artist myself, I’m seriously considering making a change in my professional makeup line and exploring this new Charlotte Tilbury concept. The quality of the products and the overall experience really impressed me. I highly recommend Tanicha and Charlotte Tilbury at Aventura Mall. Definitely worth a visit! 💄✨

  I had a great experience with Tanisha Alicea! She helped me find the perfect foundation shade, and I ended up getting an amazing bronzer and a few other products too. She was super friendly and helpful. Fantastic service!

  Honestly, I don’t understand why some stores hire employees who come across as passive aggressive or unwelcoming. During our visit on Wednesday afternoon, the Black hair woman working there wasn’t friendly at all. Instead of greeting customers, she seemed to look people up and down in an intimidating way, which made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of working in a makeup store, and there’s really no reason to make customers feel judged or unwelcome. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way.
