  My husband and I were looking for a wallet for our daughter, we left the store with a few extra things. Christian P. was such a great advisor. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Christian has such a great sense of humor, he was not pushy at all and wanted to ensure we purchased the items we loved. He went through the entire inventory of similarly purses, wallets, and accessories to ensure we left with no regrets. From the airport to the store our attire wasn’t as affluent as most people, but we were taken very serious, welcomed and treated with kindness. To be truthful, we only wanted to get the wallet but there were a few items I’ve been looking to purchase for some time and with Christian’s calm and professional demeanor allowed us to feel as we weren’t rushed and ended up getting a few other items I’ve been eyeing for some time. Again, thank you Christian for your time!

  The Dior Washington DC City Center staff member Miss Marika Dixon provided excellent service; was unbiased, unassuming and most importantly, kind She looked after my daughter and I as we perused the line of belts they had available on-hand. The store was well stocked when we visited. The staff was managing social distancing as much as they could as they balanced the long queue of clients waiting to enter. Thank you.

  Walked in with the intention of buying a Lady Dior and walked out vowing to never come back again. The second I entered I was followed by a rude saleswoman everywhere and wasn’t asked once what I was looking for. Instead of helping me in my search, she stood seven feet away and watched everything I touched. Would give this 0 stars if I could but 1 is reasonable because the man outside was extremely kind to me.
