I’m not sure what’s going on but costumer service that answers the phone calls is very dismissive and not very knowledgeable about there products that’s online. One representative tells you you can order it the other one just dismiss you with it’s sold out. With bags that are suppose to be high quality items ( high standards!) I don’t see high standard costumer service here I get better treatment from wayfair representatives then Chanel costumer service, sad honestly for the money you spending… or wanna spend…
A white man working there with slicked back brown hair made me very uncomfortable on 8/8/26 around 6:00pm. Instead of helping, he stared me down and laughed. It felt very rude.

I had a wonderful experience with Celine! She is very nice, patient, and professional. She introduced all the details about different styles and kindly helped me explore different options. I truly appreciate her time, patience, and excellent service.
I visited the Chanel boutique in DC today, actually just to return something I'd ordered online. From the moment I walked in, Hannah greeted me with genuine warmth and helped me through the return process without a hint of attitude.
Carla then assisted me during the rest of my visit, and what stood out most was that there was zero pressure — just honest, helpful guidance. It made such a difference.
I've actually visited two different Chanel locations this week, and this one is by far the best. If you're someone who values honest opinions and hates feeling pressured while shopping, I highly, highly recommend this boutique. Ask for Hannah or Carla — you won't be disappointed!
Absolute trash customer service. I got a staff member's info through a direct referral. If someone gives a referral, it means the customer is putting trust in you and you are supposed to take good care of them. Clearly, that concept is completely lost on the staff here. Either that, or Chanel just doesn’t need customers anymore.
I messaged her on June 16th asking about an item's availability and was completely ignored. Today is July 10th, and I had to be the one following up. As someone who works in sales, it's embarrassing that a customer has to track down a salesperson just to get a response. If this is how you treat people, thanks for nothing. We don't need it.
