  I had a wonderful experience at the Bulgari store in Washington, D.C. The service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. I was with my two children, and everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. No one rushed me at any point, which allowed me to calmly choose what I wanted, try it on, and receive detailed instructions on how to care for my purchase. The item was beautifully packaged, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from Paul. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience.   I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Bulgari store. I wanted a very special watch for my wife, and DOA went above and beyond to help me prepare the gift exactly the way I envisioned. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness was truly outstanding. What made this experience even more meaningful is that we had just welcomed a new baby, and Kristin, the store manager, personally brought the watch to us.
