  I had a wonderful experience at the Bulgari store in Washington, D.C. The service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. I was with my two children, and everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. No one rushed me at any point, which allowed me to calmly choose what I wanted, try it on, and receive detailed instructions on how to care for my purchase. The item was beautifully packaged, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from Paul. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience.
