  Perfekte Lage, historische Unterkunft, alles sauber, europäische Dusche. Shoutout an Ali umd seine deutsche Kollegin vom Front Desk. So einen perfekten Checkin habe ich bisher in keinem 5 Star Hotel bekommen. Unbedingte Empfehlung um die Stadt zu besuchen.

  Everything about this hotel was STUNNING. So often I’m disappointed at higher end hotels or restaurants but that was not the case here. Absolutely beautiful rooms, extremely clean, impeccable service, and the decor and design was timeless and elegant. Staying here felt like a dream.

  Simply the best! The Willard Intercontinental is the finest hotel in a Washington. The hotel is classically beautiful and the service is outstanding. I was there to celebrate my birthday and Ali, Sojung, Nara, and Richard went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Ali is a standout in the hospitality industry his level of kindness and knowledge of the area is unmatched. I had a beautiful suite and was sent several delicious treats to help me celebrate. The Willard Intercontinental is a one of a kind, and I can’t wait to return. Exquisite!

  The hotel made the best impression! Everything was organized flawlessly: the check-in was smooth, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. There was a sense of caring for the guests at every stage. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and I will come here more than once.

  A truly exceptional five-star experience. The Willard Hotel combines timeless elegance, rich history, and outstanding service. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Washington’s most famous landmarks. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail , I specify Mr.Ali T.. The beautiful lobby, luxurious rooms, and classic atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Washington, D.C.
