  I had such a wonderful experience at the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Westport. I especially loved being able to try fragrances like Comète, Gardénia, and Beige in person. It’s so convenient to have access to these beautiful CHANEL fragrances locally without having to make a trip into New York City. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the boutique itself is beautiful and elegant. Such a great addition to Westport — I’ll definitely be back!

  I was connected to this location from my local store for a Le Duo shade that was out of stock almost everywhere. Fernanda took excellent care of me and promptly shipped my order. It arrived with beautiful Chanel packaging and samples. Fantastic customer service!

  We came to Westport today to walk around town and do a little shopping. We stopped into the Chanel boutique to explore some of their fragrances, and I had such a wonderful experience. Every sales associate was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They even warmly welcomed my dogs, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Instead, they took the time to help me discover scents that matched my preferences. I ended up buying one of their newer fragrances, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The exceptional customer service made the experience memorable, and l'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Westport.
