  Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Also got a message a few days after my purchase from the SA asking if everything was good with my purchase and if I had any questions. Also mentioned I could come in and get it cleaned for free anytime I want!

  I recently bought a chain from David Yurman and noticed it developed some kinks pretty quickly. I brought it into the store for repair, and their customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Instead of just repairing it, they ended up sending me a brand new replacement chain. While I was disappointed with the original issue, I really appreciated how professionally and quickly they handled everything. Great customer service and they definitely stood behind their product.

  John was a wonderful ambassador today. Friendly and approachable excellent to chat with and loved that he explained the inspiration to the item I was interested in. Definitely look for him when shopping.

  I don't understand why this store is so very unfriendly to people who want to purchase items. The store isn't gushing with sales. We thought Rhea was nasty and stuffy to people who were in search of a gift.
