Claudia D…. I had excellent help purchasing over the phone. It is impossible for me to go into the store now that my disabled son struggles. I’m able to text my questions or talk to her on the phone. Honestly, She has done a great job helping me make purchases now twice and I will continue to purchase. I’m a little Chanel obsessed. Thank you Claudia for being so kind to me and understanding! And I truly love my products.!! If you need somebody to help with products give her a chance. I think you’ll be really happy with her. She’s a very kind person!
Cherry Creek manager pay attention, you have a really good employee there!
Had a great experience here. Nelly was so kind and attentive. She really made it a wonderful experience for me. She offered me water because I was having a hard time talking. It was very nice of her. She is a wonderful. I will definitely be back because of her. Thank you! Nelly!

I love this store! Always a very comfortable atmosphere. Especially our advisor Martino, we came here for the first time a year ago, and until now, each of our visits is accompanied by positive emotions and pleasant purchases!

From the moment I walked into the store, the sales associate stood right in front of me, staring at me the entire time. It was quite uncomfortable. I am not sure if it was because I fit the "profile" of a thief as an early-twenties woman of color or if she was trying to make commission. Either way, I felt an overwhelming urge to leave the store from the moment I entered. I also felt the need to purchase something, almost to prove to her that I am not a thief. I did not get a chance to look at any of the products in the store. The first thing you see when you enter the store are the lipsticks. I picked one up and bought it in less than five minutes and ran out the store. It costed me $50. The product was nice, and I am glad to have bought it, but I wish my shopping experience was pleasurable. I wish I got to look at all of the products in the store and chose something I really like-- not just purchase something to be able to exit without shame for my mere existence.
