  Words cannot express how grateful I am for the team here. I had my dress break as I was walking to a wedding in Aspen and as I walked in in a panic the ladies pulled a black tie appropriate dress in my size and got it on me. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for rescuing the evening!

  I drove 8 hrs back and forth from Broomfield to get the lady dior handbag. I asked them to ship the item to where i lived bcuz taxes in Aspen was a lot more. When I recieved the item the gold hardware had A LOT of stratches. I called them and talked to one of the SA and she blamed me for the stratches on a brand new handbag that i havent even worn. She told me she would give me a call back but never heard back from her. I left many voicemails but they dont seem to care. I didnt want to have a horrible experience with the brand I used to adore so much but the experience has made me bitter. SA kept on repeating that I made the stratches on the bag which was very sad.
