  I called the store to ask if an item was in stock and Eric let me know it was out of stock at their location. But he was so sweet and kind to connect me to another store that did! He even went above and beyond to give me the store number and luckily I was able to get the item I wanted. Amazing customer service!!

  Shopping here is a bit of an uncomfortable experience. The staff wasn’t super helpful but stared at us the whole time we browsed anyways without offering any insight. Also there was no bin for the scent cards and no one offered to take them so we ended up just having to carry them out.

  Today was my first visit at this store. Eric knew exactly the new concealer I was looking for and color-matched me perfectly. Both the selection and customer service were great; the boutique experience is A+. Thanks, Eric!

  Wish I could give 0 stars. If you go to this Chanel (which I highly recommend you don't) stay far away from Anna. She's the WORST SA EVER!!
