Joy is honestly the most professional and helpful client advisor I’ve ever had. If you visit this Tiffany location, pls pls ask for Joy! She mentioned that sometimes people think she looks a little intimidating at first, but I promise she is the SWEETEST ❤️
I’ve had two wonderful shopping experiences with her. The first time, I was looking for a bracelet in a very specific size that had been sold out everywhere for a long time. I had asked several other sales associates and was always told they couldn’t find it, but Joy somehow managed to order the exact size for me! She even checked to make sure that the piece was brand new and had never been used as a display item. I really appreciated how much care she put into such a small detail.
Joy is also incredibly knowledgeable about Tiffany’s products and history. The second time, I was looking for a key ring with a very specific design and size in mind. Since key rings aren’t exactly the most popular category, I honestly wasn’t expecting to get much help. But without Joy, I definitely wouldn’t have found the piece I wanted.
The key ring that looked perfect from the photos online turned out to be much smaller than I expected in person. Luckily, Joy had prepared another option for me as well. From the website photos, I never would have considered that one because it didn’t look like what I wanted at all, but when I saw it in person, it turned out to be exactly the size I was looking for!
She really listens to what you want, knows the products incredibly well, and genuinely puts effort into helping you find the right piece rather than just trying to make a sale. Highly, highly recommend her! 💙

I purchased this bracelet at the store in Valley Fair, and after it was sent to New York twice for adjustments, the spacing between the beads is now much wider than on the original bracelet in the store. It looks quite unusual and is noticeably different from what I purchased. I’ll be sending it back for a third adjustment, and unfortunately, the experience has not been stress-free.
If you puchase and want the staff to make commission, ask for assistance from Joyce. She was the only person I felt comfortable with as she was genuine, warm and friendly. The other female asian staff has subtle attitude issue.
I visited this Tiffany & Co. location to browse and try on several pieces. The item I was originally interested in was unavailable, so I wanted to explore other options and see what looked best on me.
Unfortunately, the sales associate repeatedly asked whether I intended to purchase from this location. Instead of explaining the products or helping me compare options, she suggested that I try items at the store where I planned to make my purchase because she wanted to assist other customers who were buying locally. At the time, the store was nearly empty, and I was the only customer being assisted, which made the comment feel especially dismissive.
I am also a local customer, and I found the interaction unprofessional and unwelcoming. I expected knowledgeable, courteous service and product guidance from a luxury jewelry store, but I received very little assistance and was made to feel uncomfortable simply for browsing.
I hope management addresses this experience and ensures that every customer is treated with patience, kindness, and professionalism, whether they are ready to purchase immediately or are still considering their options.
