I bought some earrings at a different location and after a few times of wear one of the earrings would no longer close. I came into this location and they fixed the earring but told me they would exchange anyways, no hesitation. Hopefully this pair does not have the same issue. The sales rep at the other location I went to was also so wonderful while I was shopping.

Unfortunately, our most recent experience after making our largest purchase with the brand was very disappointing. One of the pieces needed to be delivered, and we were told at the time of purchase that it would likely arrive by Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest through a store transfer, which was important because we were leaving town Thursday for a trip.
After the sale, communication became extremely difficult. No one proactively updated us, and we had to repeatedly call the store ourselves for information. We even offered to drive to the Palo Alto location personally to pick up the item in order to make things easier and ensure we had it before leaving town.
Despite multiple reassurances that everything would arrive in time, we ultimately ended up without the jewelry and without any workable solution before our trip.
I understand delays can happen, and this is certainly not an emergency in the grand scheme of things. What was frustrating was the lack of follow-through, communication, and urgency after the purchase had already been completed. For a luxury brand and loyal returning customers, I expected a much higher level of customer care.
I have give Vince five stars for his excellent customer service. He was awesome to deal with and made me and my family feel special by showing us some unique pieces.
My wife and I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience. When we entered, the sales representative was available but chose not to assist us. Instead, he walked away and appeared to be passing time.
What made the situation more uncomfortable was that when another customer entered the store, the same sales representative immediately became attentive and helpful toward them. This left me wondering whether we were prejudged as window shoppers, which felt offensive. I am a returning customer and have previously purchased multiple items from this store. This kind of behavior was unexpected and disappointing, and it has honestly turned me off from returning in the future. Customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone, regardless of assumptions.
