  Had a very good experience purchasing eyeglasses with Jennifer. She helped me adjust my old Chanel glasses as well as gave me all information of how to get it fixed in Chanel store. She was also very carefully packed my glasses with some free fragrance and I love them.

  To the white middle age saleswoman who made a snarky comment to me because I had told another sales person that it was my birthday while I was shopping and picking up my order. You were super rude and what an unnecessary and unkind this to say !!! This was a couple years back and til this day, this experience had still replayed in my mind. Truly a bad experience, didn’t really need that kind of service and attitude. Now every time I walk by, I know not to go in. Nordstroms or Macys Chanel counter is where I go now.

  Avoid this store. They just keep asking you to buy, if you don’t buy, they became extremely rude. Very unprofessional!!

  I had to check out the new Rouge Noir line and got an appointment so I can play with the entire line. I met with Angela and had such a fun time finding the right colors and scents for myself and gifts for friends. She was super knowledgeable in cosmetics and so patient to help me discover my new favorite scents in the LES EXCLUSIFS DE CHANEL and the LES EAUX DE CHANEL lines. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism and will for sure reach out to her whenever I get a Chanel beauty itch! She made my whole shopping experience so fun and who couldn’t use more fun in their lives?!
