  Had a very good experience purchasing eyeglasses with Jennifer. She helped me adjust my old Chanel glasses as well as gave me all information of how to get it fixed in Chanel store. She was also very carefully packed my glasses with some free fragrance and I love them.

  To the white middle age saleswoman who made a snarky comment to me because I had told another sales person that it was my birthday while I was shopping and picking up my order. You were super rude and what an unnecessary and unkind this to say !!! This was a couple years back and til this day, this experience had still replayed in my mind. Truly a bad experience, didn’t really need that kind of service and attitude. Now every time I walk by, I know not to go in. Nordstroms or Macys Chanel counter is where I go now.

  Amazing customer service by Diana. I had been looking for a particular eyeshadow shade that had been sold out everywhere. Diana took the time and went above and beyond to help me locate the item. Amazing!
