  Customer service 1/10 store 2/10 Employees attitude -1/10 Get better employees or close the store . Never coming back to Chanel , rather buy bottega or hermès . Felt like buying chanel on the street . Hire someone from walmart will provide better customer service .

  I have been shopping at Chanel for over 30 years and cannot believe how bad the customer service is at the Sf store. Can’t call directly (no phone to boutique, 415 # goes to national line), personal shoppers don’t return messages, I ask for a heads up when specific items arrive and never get a response. No store events. I have a long standing customer profile and expect service that is better than Temu. Please get it together.

  The Chanel boutique in San Francisco has an elegant atmosphere and a beautiful selection of bags, clothing, shoes, and fragrances. The displays are polished and thoughtfully arranged, making the store enjoyable to explore even if you are only browsing. Its location near Union Square also makes it a convenient stop while shopping downtown.

  Outstanding service at this Chanel store. Right when you walk in, the sales people are so friendly and nice. There is currently a waiting list to enter the store, but it is definitely worth the wait. Deborah McCorkle helped me in the shoe department and she was so friendly and helpful. They definitely go above and beyond at this location and make your shopping experience a memorable one.
