  Agreed with the other reviewer that Emmanuel is rude and not a good SA. He was awkwardly quiet during my shopping appointment and didn’t really engage with me and showed no interest. After I bought a bag and later expressed interest in buying more items, he never got back to me on them despite my multiple attempts of reaching out. This has never happened to me at Hermes, Bottega, Miu Miu, etc. Very disappointed and left a bad impression on Chanel. What is their brand worth if they can’t provide their clientele with a good shopping experience??

  My favorite chanel location. The staff is INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY, and welcoming. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel special. Besides my purchase, the staff really make the experience for me.

  This location wasn’t great and SA was not the best she looked off because we didn’t like the bags and she was not nice about it. We did end up buying something, but it was overall not a great experience it doesn’t matter if you buy something or not but that should not give her a reason to be rude!
