  I'll be honest, I don't much love entering fancy jewelry stores and am not personally into jewelry in general. But the staff here are so friendly, so unpretentious, and so helpful that I have to admit I had a great time getting a gift here for my husband. This store changed my understanding of what a jewelry buying experience could be and I absolutely recommend this store because of it's super great staff. Oh, and the store is beautiful too.

  Enter the store, 1 salesperson busy with a customer. Other salesperson in a “meeting” at 12:20 on a Monday. The Only other person available a security guard. Clearly not interested to help customers.
