Pretty good hotel with a great location, making it easy to visit many popular attractions such as Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, the cable cars, and Fisherman’s Wharf. The breakfast was decent and offered a good start to the day. The front desk staff were amazing-helpful, and accommodating. They even stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could finish some sightseeing before leaving. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Pretty good location walkable to sites. Breakfast was OK (protein options could be better quality). 24/7 coffee was nice. Room was nice except for the loud A/C. Change the A/C it is way too loud and makes a loud startling noise when it kicks on and off which woke me up in the night. For breakfast, the protein options - eggs, sausages - were poor quality and just seemed gross. The price for the hotel was pretty high as well. WiFi was not good and pretty slow, I could not do my work meetings with video. Loud A/C noise. I was told to wear earplugs or open the window or don't use the A/C, none of which were acceptable.
If you enjoy quiet, sleeping in, and comfort do not stay here. The location is great, close to everything on the pier. After celebrating my birthday, the noise from street, ambulance/police sirens, and the rudest early morning bang on the door from housekeeping at the crack of dawn (even with the do not disturb sign up) didn't allow for much needed rest and relaxation. Housekeeping continued to be loud and obnoxious the rest of the morning. For the price, I expected better.

We stayed in this hotel for four days at the start of a California road trip and I’d be happy to stay here again if I’m in San Francisco
Pros
Good room with refrigerator
Great location. Close to Fisherman’s wharf but also some great places nearby to eat and drink.
Staff at reception we’re all very friendly and helpful
Cons
The only reason I’m not giving this hotel five stars is the breakfast was quite poor, if not the worst of any of the hotels we stayed in during our road trip. Mainly due to the fact that every morning it was overcrowded and not all the items we wanted were available plus we also found the quality of the fruit juice being more like cordial than fruit juice as it tasted watered down
Fortunately, immediately next door is the Hollywood Café that did fabulous breakfast.
The room was clean, well kept up and comfortable. Fridge that worked and a microwave.
Location is great, a couple minute walk to the Wharf and Pier 39 to watch the sea lions and get some delicious crepes and seafood. One block from the trolley stop too! Can’t beat the location.
Breakfast… while it is complimentary, what you save eating here will cost you in pepto… next door is the Hollywood Cafe, great breakfast and service.
All of the staff at the hotel were great. From the front desk to the room attendant they were very nice
We paid around 700 for three nights, which was the best deal we found with a proximity to pier and good reviews.
Parking is 65 a day and valet. When we booked we got a $50 coupon towards the first day.
