  From Toronto we flew, my son and me, To spend a few days by the San Francisco sea. The Holiday Inn was our place to stay, And overall, four stars is what I’d say. The location was good, I’ll give it its due, Most spots we wanted were twenty minutes or few. Getting around wasn’t really a pain, But outside the hotel was a different terrain. Homelessness sadly was everywhere near, And the drug problem there was impossible not to fear. Travelling with a child made it harder to ignore, It’s something families should know before walking out the door. The service was okay, nothing too grand, It did the job, but didn’t quite stand. Most of the staff looked tired and blue, Not many smiles as we were passing through. But one lovely lady serving the coffee each day, Had a smile and a kindness that went a long way. Friendly and pleasant, she stood above the rest, Sometimes one warm person can leave the best impression of a guest. So four stars it gets — a decent stay, Good location for exploring throughout the day. Improve the warmth and the area outside, And this Holiday Inn could be an even better ride.

  Mi experiencia con el hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Pagué por 2 cargos de estacionamiento, pero finalmente solo utilicé uno. A pesar de explicar la situación, el hotel se negó a retirar o reembolsar el cargo que no correspondía. Terminé perdiendo $56 por un servicio que no utilicé. Entiendo que pueden existir políticas de estacionamiento, pero considero que cuando un huésped paga por un servicio que finalmente no utiliza, debería existir al menos cierta flexibilidad para corregir el cargo. Es una lástima, porque la manera en que manejaron esta situación afectó considerablemente mi experiencia y la percepción que me queda del hotel. Espero que reconsideren este tipo de situaciones para evitar que otros huéspedes tengan una experiencia similar.

  We had an amazing stay at the IHG Golden Gate Bridge! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and the hotel had great amenities, including a full fitness center and indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and both bartenders we encountered were knowledgeable, friendly, and made enjoying cocktails at the bar even more fun with great conversation. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the cable cars and just a short Lyft ride to Fisherman’s Wharf. My wife said she wants to stay here every time we visit San Francisco—and I completely agree! Great location, great service, and an overall excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back.

  Szuper hetet töltöttünk fiammal ebben a szállodában. Elhelyezkedése kiváló (cable car, buszmegálló a közelben és a városnéző busz a szálloda előtt áll meg). A szállodában elfogadható áron lehet étkezni és ételt-italt venni. A medence szuper, de amikor kipróbáltuk, akkor sajnos hűvös és erős szél fújt, ami a vizet is lehűtötte. A személyzet kedves. A kilátás az ablakból a városra jól nézett ki. A klíma ugyan kicsit hangos volt, de szerencsére nem volt rá szükség, úgyhogy ki is kapcsoltuk. A szobánk a liftek mögött volt, amiknek a hangja behallatszott.

  Room is smaller than expected, maybe because it was a corner room? But it was tiny, the luggage cart didn’t even fit through the door. Service was meh, I have an off-road vehicle that was pretty tall and I was sure it fit the garage knowing the exact height of the car, however the clerk was adamant that it would. We tested it and it fit just fine. He suggested I park 3 blocks downhill… Also parking was way more than the parking garage next door which was also way higher. Would I stay here again? No. The location is great in that it’s in the center of everywhere. The service was super lack luster. Super inconvenient parking that is expensive as hell. We’re a younger couple and just felt slightly taken advantage of. We love IHG hotels and typically stay at IHG at all our trips but this one definitely missed the mark for us.
