Pésimo Servicio al cliente
Me encanta sus bolsas y lentes y más
Pero siempre el servicio al cliente no existe
Les falta capacitación , humanidad, y pienso es mejor usar robot que el personal que está ahy
Algún día usarán el dinero que ganan para mejorar y darles una entera capacitación ?
O seguirá la tienda tan sola , como estaba ?
Pero Louis Vuitton mucho mucho mejor servicio al cliente …..
Terrible experience. We were shopping wedding shoes for my husband here and the sales didn’t say a word when we tried it on. My husband’s feet are quite wide so the slim design didn’t work for him. When we took it off and said it’s too tight for us, the Asian girl rolled her eyes on us and said “No one wears these shoes with cotton socks.”
If so, No. 1, it should be our shoes so we wear whatever way we’d like to wear; No. 2, you should offer a suggestion in advance as you know the “manners” so well.
Go somewhere else. It’s not the only Dior has this attitude, save your money and no need to prove you can afford it to rude people like this. Same thing to Hermès and Tiffany, all so rude for no reason.
Terrible experience. Ordered a bag, came to pick up the bag and it looked as though it was used as a display item for some time. There were threads 🧵 sticking out and the hardware looked old.
I was told by the manager that it was procedure to have bags unpacked on the floor, but this does not explain the condition of the handbag.
When I decided not to reorder the handbag, the manager and sales associate Valerie had a rude demeanor as I exited.
