  Very disappointing experience at Chanel Beauty. Three staff members were sitting there on their phones, and even after seeing us walk in, no one greeted us or made any effort to help. When it was time to check out, the service was just as poor—they didn’t even bother to tell us how to pay or ask us to tap the machine. The other staff continued sitting around doing nothing. For a brand like Chanel, I expected much better service. I will not be returning.

  Thanks to Noemi I got the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in line with my prior experience at this location, helping me find the perfect birthday gift for my mother with extraordinary care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Ms. P and Svetlana as well, who on Valentine’s Day secretly helped my mom choose her gift (Chanel - Paris Biarritz is her new favorite fragrance of all time) while sharing Chanel with an amazing breadth of heart and savoir faire.

  I did not set foot in this store when I made my purchase online. The SA and manager was so so sweet to locate a vanity bag for me. When the bag arrived, I was not in love with it- yes, I drop $2k on a bag I haven’t seen in person. She was very gorgeous but unfortunately she was not for me. I decided to return her. The moment I set foot into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. I told the SA that I need to make a return and she was like “ok, so and so can help you” (sorry I forgot the other names). Svetlana was the SA that I’ve been texting back and forth regarding my bag and she was also there to help me. All the girls and manager were so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend getting your beauty items here!!!
