  I've always loved Chanel, and I'm genuinely hooked on many of their products. Their perfumes, lipsticks, and mascara keep me coming back. Unfortunately, my most recent visit wasn't the experience I've come to expect from a luxury brand. The sales associate seemed uninterested in engaging with customers. She didn't introduce any new products or offer recommendations, and when I mentioned I was purchasing a product I'd never used before, her explanation was brief and not very helpful. It wasn't a major issue for me personally, but when customers are investing in premium products, the service should reflect the same level of excellence. On a previous visit, I purchased what I later realized was an $800 jar of face cream. The associate enthusiastically recommended it but never mentioned the price. I was genuinely surprised when my total came to nearly $1,500 for a regular-size perfume, the face cream, and a couple of lipsticks. While I understand luxury products come with luxury prices, transparency is important so customers can make informed decisions. In the end, I found the face cream too heavy for my skin, especially in warm weather, and I never finished it. I'll happily continue buying my favorite Chanel perfume, lipsticks, and mascara, but I won't be purchasing that cream again. As Chanel invests in beautiful new stores and continues to represent one of the world's premier luxury brands, I hope equal attention is given to developing knowledgeable, engaging, and customer-focused associates. Exceptional products deserve an exceptional customer experience.

  Very disappointing experience at Chanel Beauty. Three staff members were sitting there on their phones, and even after seeing us walk in, no one greeted us or made any effort to help. When it was time to check out, the service was just as poor—they didn’t even bother to tell us how to pay or ask us to tap the machine. The other staff continued sitting around doing nothing. For a brand like Chanel, I expected much better service. I will not be returning.

  Thanks to Noemi I got the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in line with my prior experience at this location, helping me find the perfect birthday gift for my mother with extraordinary care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Ms. P and Svetlana as well, who on Valentine’s Day secretly helped my mom choose her gift (Chanel - Paris Biarritz is her new favorite fragrance of all time) while sharing Chanel with an amazing breadth of heart and savoir faire.
