  Ciara was so amazing with her knowledge of fragrances! It is an amazing place to shop for favorite Chanel perfume and to try out all the new ones! It was a great place to look for new glasses and sunglasses. Everyone was friendly and the service was outstanding. Above and beyond expectations. Thank you Ciara for you excellent suggestions and customer service. We Will be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

  not the greatest customer service… they were not helping me at all, I did wait patiently, I was trying to buy multiple gifts for people and ended up leaving to buy them at the Chanel macys counter
