  Diversity and Inclusion PLEASE 2 stars for the smiley faces encountered, otherwise deserving of no stars at all! There is a need to seriously train all secret service personnel to respond quietly or wait until the customer walks away, so everyone feels comfortable shopping there. Asking security "Is Everything Okay"? was obviously what someone with surveillance asked security. This is regarding two people who came in the store on a Sunday afternoon. Only one person made a small purchase, also paying cash, no credit card. It took forever to ring the single item, while the salesperson entered unknown data into the system as an email, which took a long time (maybe reporting on the visit). It appears you are checking for a specific group of people who are not all the same. Please be advised that your store protocol is in need of great change, or a legal complaint in the news. Roll back the camera's this is a true encounter spoken about after leaving. Just so you know, the thought of hiring a few secret shoppers to visit your store is being considered here. Get it together.

  So Kayla is amazing, I mean beyond amazing, like greatest experience I've ever had buying something great. I bought my daughter's mother & ex the bracelet she wanted for her birthday & I bought it as a thank you to her for my daughter. At the same time i also looked at engagement rings for my girlfriend whom I've been on & off with for nearly 20 years, as a man who's never proposed, who's moving from Cali to Colorado for this woman & a job & scared s***less Kayla made it effortless. She knew I was nervous, she knew I was terrified of the leap & she was amazing in reassuring me that what I was doing was right. I jonest to God have never had an experience like that ever and I've been in service industry 20+ years. So, from the bottom of my heart & every fiber of my being, thank you Kayla, thank you for helping me in choosing my future wife's ring. You were amazing & deserve the world, I mean it.   Great experience! Rachel was very helpful in helping me find the perfect anniversary gift for my girlfriend, and they have a great collection of different styles and materials. I would recommend anyone to go to this location.

  Super great and helpful staff. They very patiently let my husband try on everything, and gave advice on selecting a piece. We ended up buying a beautiful silver chain bracelet, which he enjoys to this day. The jewelry quality is a great reason to shop at Tiffany’s. The superior service is a reason to choose this particular location.
