  I had such a wonderful experience at the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Boutique at The Americana! I had recently been color matched at ULTA for the CHANEL Ultra Le Teint Flawless Finish Foundation and stopped by the boutique hoping to purchase the powder version. Unfortunately, I had just missed it—it has been discontinued and is currently being reformulated. Even though they didn't have it in stock, Raúl and the other Beauty Advisors went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to search their inventory for my shade and, when they couldn't find it, they checked surrounding CHANEL boutiques throughout Southern California. They even helped me place an order so I could still get the product I was looking for. I know it's "just makeup," but finding the right complexion products has been a real challenge for me since I have a warm-neutral undertone. It meant so much that they genuinely cared and were willing to put in the extra effort instead of simply telling me it was unavailable. The entire experience was warm, welcoming, and professional. Raúl's product knowledge, patience, and exceptional customer service made all the difference. It's rare to receive this level of personalized attention, and it's exactly why I'll be returning to this boutique for my future CHANEL beauty purchases. Thank you again, Raúl and the entire team, for making what could have been a disappointing visit into such a positive experience!

  For a luxury brand, presentation matters. I paid $113 for two lip balms and was given a bag so tiny that the receipt didn’t even fit inside. It may seem like a minor detail, but it made the overall experience feel surprisingly cheap and far from luxurious. This was a stark contrast to my first visit to this boutique. Disappointing experience, and unfortunately not one that makes me want to return. Edit: I got home and I couldnt even get the product out of the bag because it was stuck on the bag’s folds. So disappointing!

  I can't express enough how much I enjoy visiting the Chanel Beauty store at the Americana Brand, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Dyanne Tello. As someone who can be quite picky and indecisive at times, I truly appreciate Dyanne's patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even when I'm not entirely sure what I want, she always takes the time to listen attentively and offers expert advice that is tailored to my preferences. Also, there have been numerous occasions when I've been in a rush to find the perfect gift for a friend, and Dyanne has been instrumental in creating beautiful gift boxes filled with an assortment of skincare products and makeup. And everything was wrapped in sooo beautiful way! Thank you, Dyanne, for consistently providing such outstanding service. Mila
