Brought a client to David Yurman at Fashion Island as a celebratory stop after finalizing a significant purchase in the Newport Beach area. The boutique experience was exactly what you'd expect from the brand — refined, attentive, and beautifully merchandised. The staff guided us through the collection without any pressure, and my client walked out with a beautiful cable bracelet as a closing gift to herself. As someone who works with luxury buyers throughout OC regularly, I appreciate having flagship-caliber jewelry boutiques in close proximity to our best listings. This location delivers consistently.

Incredibly unprofessional, rude and condescending tone. Frequent client and the same issues are from the same two women.
I purchase quite a bit of item from this Location. I will say their customer service is exceptional. Everyone is pleasant nice and professional including the security guard. It is a pleasant experience shopping here and I highly recommend DY and their jewelry pieces is just exquisite. A+++++++

I’ve been going to David Yurman I believe since around 1980s ‘that’s when I first bought my piece. I think it was somewhere I go around to all the David Yurman stores when I’m around where I go to Beverly Hills or LA or Vegas but anyway I love looking at this stuff and last time I was in South Coast South Coast shopping center. I had a little problem with my chain to get fixed JACLYN help me she is the sweetest nicest and she knows her style. She’s not just a regular sales lady like she she’s a real person and has lot of titles GIA and all kinds of titles behind your name which means I lot to me (professional)anyway please go see her if you’re going in there and you be your first thing she’ll do is ask your name and get you some coffee or something to drink and see real pleasant to be with

A sales associate here previously offered to submit a jewelry transfer request for a ring size they didn’t have in stock and confirmed that no deposit was required. When I stopped in today simply to follow up, the associate who assisted me was rude and condescending. She stated that jewelry transfers aren’t prioritized and that if you don’t have money down, it’s never going to get transferred, adding, “Money talks. Do you understand that?” This interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I did not catch her name, but she mentioned that she trains other associates in Portland. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with her.
