  Came into David Yurman looking for wedding bands for myself and my fiancé. We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. My fiancé's ring size is a size 13, which is very hard to find in person. The ring that we liked, she immediately was able to order it from their store in Michigan and have it delivered within two days! Thank you again Vanessa for all that you do :) we highly recommend David Yurman for their excellent service and beautiful, timeless, wedding bands.

  Was in store last week and had a ring cleaned, no issues. The store is spacious but before they remodeled it felt like they had more on display. I liked the outlay and offerings better before the remodel.

  I had the pleasure of having Paige help my fiancé and I pick out his wedding band. She made the entire experience amazing! She was so patient, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She gave us her honest opinions when we asked and overall it felt like shopping with a friend (which we prefer!). We ended up purchasing his wedding band, but we also saw a few other pieces we loved, so we'll definitely be back for more. We're looking forward to shopping with Paige again in the future. I also want to mention how much I loved this location. We originally went to The Grove and that store was really small and felt disorganized. When I showed the associate there the rings we were interested in, she couldn't find most of them... This location on the other hand, was the complete opposite, much more enjoyable and well organized. Thank you Paige!!
