  Cesar was our SA today and he is AMAZING!! I came in with my sister who is all over the place and doesn’t know what she wants and wants everything. He was extremely patient and cheerful. I was not suppose to purchase anything and ended up picking something up that caught my eye on display. I would definitely be back to shop with Cesar. Thank you so so much Chanel South Coast!

  It feels as if this store has no training for any of their staff. I felt as if I was shopping at a discount store in terms of customer service. Not to mention after failing to help me find a wallet for my wife, they had me walk past their unhygienic lazidical "doorman" at the back door

  Chanel has Walmart customer service — very disappointing when you’ve spent thousands of dollars their bags.

  CHANEL at South Coast Plaza is simply one of the finest boutique experiences available anywhere in Southern California. I've been here numerous times over the years, both personally and with clients who are entering the OC luxury lifestyle after significant real estate purchases. The tweed suits, classic handbags, and fine jewelry in this space carry real prestige, and the staff treat every client with the kind of care you'd expect from the house. This is one of those destinations I recommend to out-of-area buyers as a true expression of what Newport Beach and the surrounding coastal communities represent at their best. Flawless from start to finish.
