I was very disappointed by the rudeness of the staff at this Dior location. I walked in and I was about to ask my questions but was rudely told I can find the Dior perfumes at Macy’s. He essentially insinuated I was too poor to be there and that I should leave. You’ve lost a customer, Dior.
Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE experience at this Dior store. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we were met with cold, dismissive behavior. The employee at the entrance didn’t greet us and instead gave us a rude, judgmental look.
We went to the perfume section ready to spend money, yet not a single employee acknowledged us or offered help. When we asked questions, the responses were short, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested.
What made it worse was watching staff actively assist other customers while completely ignoring us. The difference in treatment was obvious and uncomfortable. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience, this location fails completely. If this is the standard here, I would strongly recommend taking your business ELSEWHERE. Dior do better.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Dior boutique at Westfield Topanga. We have been loyal customers for years, and every visit has been an outstanding experience.
The staff is consistently courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and valued from the moment you walk in. The store manager truly stands out—her leadership is evident, and it’s clear she has the respect and trust of her entire team.
This level of service is rare, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for both luxury products and exceptional customer service.

Store is clean and service people were well mannered, the guy that helped me purchase my first Dior bag Jayson was amazing!!!! Super kind and patient could not ask for better service
