David Yurman Beverly Hills is a great store, mainly based on its wonderful staff. I ambled in there wanting a sterling silver pinky ring for my freshly squeezed boyfriend, knowing that paying retail is really not my jam. I was met with Dani, the ultra nice, professional and savvy sales associate, who was extremely accommodating and helped choose the best option. Everything, from the offer of water bottle, to the ending with the gift receipt and the beautiful box wrap, was wonderful. We "borrowed" another male sales associate's hand to try rings, and lo and behold, they had the size and style that ended up being perfect. The price was not an arm and a leg (pun intended), and the experience was so nice, thanks to Dani. Yes five stars all the way!

Yurman is AMAZING and the only reason I am giving any stars at all! If you are considering shopping at David Yurman, I highly recommend visiting The Grove or The Americana locations instead.
The worst experience came when I needed a simple size exchange within the 30-day return/exchange window for a piece that I had purchased at this very location. Instead of honoring their own policy, I was initially told they would not process the exchange and that I should leave the store. Only after they realized the purchase had in fact been made at the Rodeo Drive location did they reluctantly process the exchange. To make matters worse, when the replacement item arrived at the store, no one ever contacted me to let me know it was ready for pickup. I had to follow up myself.
Luxury brands are defined by their service just as much as their products, and unfortunately, this location consistently falls far below that standard. I sincerely hope that when the new Rodeo Drive store opens after construction, they build a team that truly represents the David Yurman brand and delivers the level of professionalism and hospitality customers deserve.

A truly miserable experience. My husband and I frequently purchase from this location, never again. I will drive down to South Coast Plaza moving forward. Had to exchange a ring my husband purchased for me for a smaller size. It sat in the store for weeks with not a single person reaching out to him to let him know that it arrived.
The AMAZING employees from the south coast plaza location were the ones to inform us that the ring had been sitting at the rodeo location for weeks while shopping at their location. They had offered more apologies than the rodeo location. When I arrived to finally pick up my ring, Rodeo could not even find it. I was told they had no record of this, kept me in the store longer than necessary, once they finally found it, the gentleman assisting me wanted me to sign off on the ring BEFORE I even tried it on to make sure it fit correctly and then never offered me the ring pouch, bag or box. They also tried to place blame on the employee who the ring was originally purchased from instead of just taking accountability. Hate to admit the running joke really is true, Rodeo drive store employees really act like they are better than the people actually spending money at their stores.
I visited the David Yurman store on Rodeo Drive back in March 2022. I intended to buy a 4mm silver bracelet to go with the 4mm silver wheat chain necklace I had already purchased from David Yurman. After trying on the bracelet in-store, I noticed it looked a little thin for my taste. Thankfully, Daniel (the most helpful associate ever) suggested I try the new 6mm version instead and once I tried this bracelet on, I was sold!
Besides the very professional and helpful service, the store is very well laid out with a lot of different jewelry options on display. I'll definitely be visiting this store again on my next trip to L.A.

My wife bought me a black titanium beveled ring here for our 20th anniversary. I usually wear a Yurman bracelet and necklace so it was a sentimental if not particularly unique choice. I preferred a version of the ring that was essentially the same but with bare titanium edges, and asked a salesman about it who said an exchange was no problem, they had my size in stock, and it would be the same price. I returned two days later to make the exchange only to be told they were out of my size (they offered to ship it) and the version I wanted was $140 more expensive. Eventually spoke with the manager who kept asking me over and over who the salesman was. After a while it felt like he was accusing me of lying. I have no problem paying $140 more or whatever, but the entire experience was so unpleasant and unnecessary I ended up returning the ring and will purchase elsewhere. Nothing particularly special about the ring, just that my wife chose it. Not worth the extra baggage saddled by the sales staff and management of this store.
