My wife bought me a black titanium beveled ring here for our 20th anniversary. I usually wear a Yurman bracelet and necklace so it was a sentimental if not particularly unique choice. I preferred a version of the ring that was essentially the same but with bare titanium edges, and asked a salesman about it who said an exchange was no problem, they had my size in stock, and it would be the same price. I returned two days later to make the exchange only to be told they were out of my size (they offered to ship it) and the version I wanted was $140 more expensive. Eventually spoke with the manager who kept asking me over and over who the salesman was. After a while it felt like he was accusing me of lying. I have no problem paying $140 more or whatever, but the entire experience was so unpleasant and unnecessary I ended up returning the ring and will purchase elsewhere. Nothing particularly special about the ring, just that my wife chose it. Not worth the extra baggage saddled by the sales staff and management of this store.

Unfortunate experience with horrible customer service at this store. Wish I knew the man’s name but he followed us around offering no help, when I finally asked he was very rude. Backhandedly told me my stack was ugly and said “a small would never fit you”. Ended up purchasing the bracelet as id been looking for months, now a month later finding out he lied to me about the sizes and told me the XS was a Small so I wouldn’t have tried on the small (the size I wanted, which my other bracelet was in). Thankfully the sales associates back home in Texas are much nicer and not quick to judge based off your appearance.

They have nice bags to put the junk they sell in. I had always bought David Yurman at Sak's in Beverly Hills. I have so many necklaces. I used to love them. They have great service--that would be Sak's. Now I will never buy another piece again or allow my husband to go there to get me a gift.
My husband bought me this tiny emerald necklace that looked like it was made for a teen. Okay, he did not know better so take it back, I hate it and while there put my Yurman watch in for service.
They had nothing else we wanted. Their selection had grown cold. The worst part is their service.
First, had they asked this 69 year old man, how old is your wife, maybe they would have known this overpriced junk was not made for a senior. They always did that at Sak's and I never returned one thing he bought there. They asked questions--you know to help.
Anyway, he was able to return the necklace. My refund is still not on my card and they better get it done.
Now, the worst. My husband said this Yurman watch needs service. They told him we don't do that at all but there may be a place down the street. They offered him no help at all. When he came home after wasting his time, I called them and was told of course we have service, we send it off to NY and they repair. I told them maybe their employees should know this. No apology. Nothing.
I have found a place to take the watch on Rodeo in Beverly Hills with no help at all from Yurman.
I am appalled. I have over 200K in jewelry from them. But they clearly don't value or care about me or my husband so I am done. But hey, my daughter will be happy with all my Yurman she will get from our safe. I am so done.
Just horrible and cruel and rude.
