  walked in and wanted to purchase a Pilot watch, not a welcome hello or warm greeting or trying to help us, all he did on his phone texting, i bought a JLC instead next door, please train your staff better.

Buying a luxury watch should be a memorable experience, and Brennen absolutely delivered.   I had the pleasure of working with Brennen at IWC, and the entire experience was outstanding. He helped me secure a newly released, highly limited-edition watch from the Le Petit Prince collection, which was a piece that wasn't easy to obtain. Throughout the process, Brennen was friendly, professional, and proactive with his communication, keeping me updated regularly while the watch made its way from Switzerland. He also went the extra mile by arranging a smaller wrist strap for a perfect fit. The level of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I would be delighted to work with Brennen again when it's time for my next IWC.

  I recently purchased a watch from this store and Brennan was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me have a great first experience with IWC. I live in Tucson so it's not easy for me to just swing by the store but Brennan got everything I wanted (watch and extra bands) faster than expected. He is great with communication and was lightening fast with response time, regardless of the day of the week. He coordinated my watch pickup on his day off and I really appreciate his dedication to customer service. I will definitely buy from him in the future.

  I have bought a couple of straps from the store and always work with brenan He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve even had him resize my watches a couple of times. If you are in the market for a new time piece, I would definitely look him up. He’s a Very professional and very on the ball
