  I have always loved David Yurman and been wearing their pieces for the last 30 years. I took a vintage piece into the store to be serviced because I didn’t want to trust just any jeweler. Unfortunately I was unhappy with the repair. What I can tell you is that I was beyond happy with the customer service I received from the store manager Karen. She is kind and she is good. I know she felt bad about my repair not going as expected and made sure she did everything in her power to right the wrong. I ended up speaking to her multiple times in store and in person. Each and every time she was so kind and aimed to see me smile. In the end I am beyond happy with my piece, and in a world where customer service rarely exists anymore, Karen should teach the master class!! Thank you Karen!!!
