  Bethany is my favorite beauty advisor in this Chanel beauty boutique. She is extremely patient and highly efficient. Also she always thoughtfully helps me find the limited-edition makeup I'm looking for. The other staff members were also very elegant and friendly. Even though this store is a 45-minute drive from my home, I'm still willing to shop there. They offer truly excellent customer service.

  5 stars for Bethany! She was wonderful! I knew what I wanted, and she helped explained what products would work for me. She did not pressure me, nor did she try to "up sell" me. I was in and out within 20 minutes!

  Second time shopping here. Great location in Kierland next to Shake Shack. Parking is onsite street. Tia our personal shopper was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She showed me how to see with my IPhone flashlight how much was left in the Allure Mens metal container. Prices are little pricey, but Chanel tends to be for a quality product. Appreciated the service and personal touch provided. Highly recommend this location especially when not crowded.

  Watched them close the store an hour before their listing closing time at 8pm while we were at the front of the store due to a “few call outs” in their staffing. Then they came back to double check if they remember to lock their front door and gave us a long winded justification on why they were closing early. If you’re a manager and someone calls out, you stay late. That’s what you’re paid to do. Once again, it’s the “red hair associate” you can read in the rest of these reviews giving a POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Let us quote, “I don’t know where you were but we have a small team… happy valentines day”. Now we actually don’t feel like we can come in the next day during their “operating hours” because of the defensive behavior from a staff member. With that, the brand loses a lifetime customer.

  I bought some glasses there, I went to have them squeezed a little because they were too big. The assistant or saleswoman who is there treated us as if we were garbage, told me to go to the dollar store that there they sold a tool to squeeze them. When I got my glasses back, I saw that they had a streak as if they had broken them. I'm very upset, those glasses cost 600 dollars, they didn't give them to me !! 😡
