  I am sharing my personal experience with this boutique so that others can make informed decisions. I purchased a luxury bag from this boutique, and within less than 48 hours of returning home, I discovered the damage shown in the attached photo. I reported the issue immediately because I genuinely believed that a luxury brand would stand behind its products and provide the level of after-sales service that customers expect. What followed was months of emails, reviews, and communication. Throughout the process, I hoped for a fair resolution, but in the end, my case was closed without the outcome I had hoped for. This review is not about receiving the answer I wanted; it is about my disappointment with how my case was handled and the overall customer experience after the sale. For a luxury purchase, I expected transparency, consistency, and a stronger commitment to customer care. I am simply sharing my experience exactly as it happened to me. I hope future customers have a better experience than I did.
