  I had a wonderful experience at the Dior store. The lady who assisted me was very professional, kind, and attentive. She listened to me carefully and gave me thoughtful advice and opinion. Her elegant and respectful manner made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service!

  "Terrible experience. I was completely ignored by the staff for 10 minutes until I finally just walked out. Zero customer service. As an Asian customer, I felt completely invisible here. Do not recommend."

  Waited for 20+ minutes to get assistance, and when the SA’s were free, they all waited around instead of helping us, despite me asking them for help previously. Insanely terrible service considering the amount of money I spend here.
