  A very convenient and comfortable hotel for the airport. Has an unusually good ambience, and didn’t feel like a high throughput corporate place at all. Low noise from air traffic was helpful in additionto super-comfy beds. The restaurant quality and choices were surprisingly good with a broad and varied 'A La Carte' menu. We were all very impressed, particularly with the excellent service from waiting staff who were highly professional, courteous, and amenable. It made a great relaxing start to our holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  The hotel is great for an early morning flight with the Gatwick Hoppa bus stopping right outside. I've dropped it down 1 star as the sound proofing between rooms isn't great. One notable member of staff was our waiter at dinner, Robert. He was very attentive, helpful and enthusiastic. A breath of fresh air.

  First time starting here, family of 6 and we were pleasantly surprised with how lovely the hotel was. All the staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble, fast, efficient check in. Rooms were modern and spacious and very clean. great shower. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond with their warm, welcoming approach. The wonderful young man Robert, who was our waiter, was exceptional. He had such a natural friendly, happy nature, making our experience 1000% better, giving a personal touch. I liked that he didn’t tower over to speak to us, he crouched down at our eye level and couldn’t be more welcoming. Making our family evening meal a wonderful experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again and will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

  Overall, was a nice place to stay the night before our flight. The service in the restaurant wasn't brilliant and it was really difficult trying to get someone to actually take payment for our meal. My biggest moan though is the very uncomfortable, flat and lumpy pillows. I didn't sleep a wink. If I use this hotel again, I would definitely bring my own pillow. Shame, as the bed was comfy. Staff are friendly and it was convenient for airport with shuttle running frequently

  Very clean room, fairly priced and friendly staff. We had a meal in the restaurant and a very nice Waiter called Robert served us. He was an absolute pleasure and really made us feel at ease ready for our holiday. We will try to bring some sun back for you! Please keep being a joy, you made our night. There is a 12.5% service charge added to the bill, they do not make you aware of this when you go to pay but it is clear and obvious on the bill so cannot complain. We are happy to pay this with the service we received. I hope this is shared among the staff! The food was very enjoyable. We will definitely come back again!
