  I had a make up master class with Ester and she was BRILLIANT! I came out looking and feeling like a different person. She explained all of the products to me, discussed what look I wanted to achieve and took her time and was patient. As a make up novice I often feel overwhelmed at make up classes but Ester shared her expertise on product and application and made me feel entirely at ease. I would highly recommend.

  I came in store today for a makeup tutorial and the service i recieved was exeptional, nancy at the charlotte tilbury counter gave me a step by step guide on how to use the new cream shadow products and gave me feel of the skincare range too! She helped me find my favourite products and really guided me on what suits my complextion so thank you! X

  Had the best experience in store today! The look was bronzey glowy and a summer vibe and i definitely felt listened to and felt this was achieved. Nancy is an asset to the team and knows what she is doing, she is the sweetest girl and I look forward to the next time when we can do another makeup look. Thank you Nancy 🤍🫶🏼✨
