  I had the best experience with Nikki at Charlotte Tilbury when flying out of Glasgow. She was patient, listened to how I wanted my makeup to look and knowledgeably recommended products and shades that were a good match. She didn’t actually know but I am a very nervous flyer and hadn’t flown for nearly 10 years, she made me feel so at ease I was much calmer for my flight than I would’ve been. I was so grateful and came away with some amazing products. Will definitely be back to see her next time I’m in Glasgow.

  I bought a few Charlotte Tilbury products at Glasgow Airport and was delighted by the friendly and helpful service I received from Shahida. She patiently guided me through my choices and didn’t rush me at all. I highly recommend her for excellent customer service. 10 out o10 for awesome customer service!
