  Waiting since 70 min just to get inside. If you can only handle two customers all 20 min, maybe offer a ticketing system with tine slots.

  The waiting coordinator at this branch was extremely unprofessional. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, and the queue did not move at all for over an hour, even though many customers were leaving the store. The line only started moving after I complained. During that entire time, the coordinator appeared to be chatting and laughing with colleagues instead of managing the queue. When it was finally our turn, her attitude was rude, and kept giving orders such as, “Stand here,” and “Don’t touch the queue barrier!” In very rude way . On the other hand, the staff inside the store were very helpful, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the poor organization and the coordinator’s attitude at the entrance created a very negative first impression.
